By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Pinellas Notary Now offers mobile notary services, apostille processing, loan signing services, and remote online notarization (RON) in accordance with Florida state laws.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All service fees are clearly communicated prior to the appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards and digital payment platforms.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents are complete and ready for notarization. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all signers.

Pinellas Notary Now is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of notarized documents. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee the legal effect of any notarized document.
